3. Center for Democracy & Technology- a non- profit organization that advocates for civil liberties and human rights in the digital age. 

4. Public Knowledge- Public Knowledge promotes freedom of expression, an open internet, and access to affordable digital services.  They work to shape policies that benefit the public interest. 

5. Center for Humane Technology- This organization is dedicated to advocating for ethical technology design and usage . They raise awareness about the impact of technology on society and promote responsible technology practices. 

6. Center for Internet & Society- Based in India, CIS focuses on digital rights and internet governance issues. They conduct research and advocacy on topics such as data privacy and freedom of expression.
